Saturday, May 27th
9:00-10:30 welcome, warm up, drills
12:00-3:00 warm up, scrimmage
5:00-6:30 warm up, situation drills

Sunday, May 28th
9:00-11:00 warm up and strength and conditioning drills on Sand Key Beach (weather permitting)
1:00-3:00 warm up, drills, developments in Taekwondo discussion, question and answer period
Cost: $125 (free to all national team members)
