I understand that the camp organizers will have no liability with concern to the pandemic and possible COVID-19 infections for either myself and/or my minor child participant as applicable.

I understand that I and/or my minor child accept full personal responsibility for any injuries accrued at this camp. The camp organizers will not be liable for any physical or monetary damages I and/or my minor child receive during camp participation.
